Feature:
As a new form of construction option and emphasize on steel frabrication, ISO certified commercial pre engineered steel buildings is mostly made up of steel column, steel beam, steel truss and other steel components which are crafted by profile steel and steel plate. The connection way mainly adopt welding, bolts and rivets. The cladding system apply for corruaged steel sheet and sandwich panel
For the Industrial ISO prefab steel building without the floor support plate
Main structure: Steel column, steel beam, column bracing, wall and roof purlin, horizontal bracing and other supporing steel components. It usually goes for H sectional steel, C or Z profile steel and other profile steel member.
A: Craftship of main structure components-steel column and beam: CNC flame cutting-H bean assemblage-SAW welding-Riveting and welding parts
Surface treatment: Painted or galvnised treatment. Whether painted or galvanised, the steel components need to go through shot blasting processing firstly.
There are 3 times of painting when adopting painted option-primer, intermediate coat and topcoat. They refer to epoxy primer, polyurethane coating and acrylic polyurethane topcoat to perform out the magnificant anti-corrasive property.
Galvanised process: Another better option is galvanised surface treatment. It devides into 2 kinds of galvanise treatment-electrogalvanising and hot-dip galvanising.
B: Craftship of main structure components-roof and wall purlin(C/Z profile steel), column bracing, horizontal bracing and other profile steel components. Also there are usually 2 kinds of surface treatment-painted or galvanised.
When it comes to the production of C/Z profile steel or other profile steel components, the follwing procedures are involved:

For Industrial ISO prefab steel building, the wall and roof cladding system apply for corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel:

Thickness is usually 50mm, 75mm and 100mm
Packaging & Shipping
Packaing: The Industrial ISO prefab steel building package is nude cargo but Longwanyuan shall accompany steel structure compoments with cotton blanket on certain parts to prevent the components from collision. (like shown in the picture)
Shipping:
For the Industrial ISO prefab steel building, the shipping is usually with 20ft/40ft shipping container. Longwanyuan shall assign a special team work on the loading to the shipping container in order to put each components in right position and minimum the collison damage during the shipping.
