Agitation tank
Agitation tank is the main equipment of mineral processing line. It is installated between the classifier and the flotation machine. In this stage, the ore slurry flow to this tank, the chemicals add in this stage, after sufficient agitation, the slurry flow to flotation machine for separation.
In other words, this Agitation tank is preparing for flotation. Our agitation tank adopt the Corrosion resisting liner, because of the chemical will have corrosion the the wall side.
Brief introduction of agitation tank:
Agitation tank the rotating of the impeller is driven by the v-belt of the motor. And then blends the drugs and slurry evenly. It is necessary equipment in respect of increasing the medicine effect time and strengthening the medicine quality. It applies to beneficiation industry, and every chemical industry. For all kinds of metal ore, this machine is mainly used for mixing before flotation circuit, so that it can mix the medicine and slurry fully. And it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for slurry with density of no more than 30 %( by weight). And the size of the fixed component of the slurry particle less than 1 mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom.
