Product Description
OUTLINE
When high vanadium content feedstock is applied into FCC, E-cat may lose its activity and selectivity because of the increase of vanadium on the catalyst, which will directly result in conversion reduction and bad product distribution and quantity. R&D on vanadium resistance catalyst is urgently needed by refineries.
CHARACTERISTIC
The main active component is ultra-stable USY zeolite synthesized by withdrawing aluminum and replenishing silica. The USY zeolite is of high Si/Al ratio, low content of non-framework aluminum and excellent hydrothermal stability, and also recognized with prior coke selectivity, isomerization ability and heavy oil cracking ability.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
7) A common small system will satisfy the loading of JFC-6 series catalyst without special requirement.
8) Normally JFC-6's loading should be around 60% or more of total catalyst inventory for its best performance.
9) JFC-6's loading could follow normal makeup rate. In this case, it will take longer time to reach desired inventory proportion. Alternatively its makeup could be sped up by unloading the catalyst. In this case, attention must be paid not to exceed the rate of 5% of total catalyst inventory per day to avoid operation fluctuation because of high activity of E-cat.
10) When desired product distribution and quantity be matched, a steady makeup should be maintained for a balanced operation.
11) Replacement of JFC-6 should be not too quick but equally adding to avoid a too high activity of E-cat.
6)Optimize operation parameters and the loading amount to maintain a desired product distribution.
