Principle of Oil/Gas Fired Horizontal Thermal Oil Boiler
Organic thermal medium boiler is a quick-assembly type forced circulation fuel (gas) boiler. The heating surface of this series boiler has a compact structure, is composed of inner, middle and outside (or inner, outside) closepacked round coil, inner coil is the radiation heating surfce, the outside surface of middle, outside coil and inner coil forms a convection heating surface. Fuel will produce heat after burning in combustion chamber composed of inner coil, the radiation heating surface will absorb most of heat quantity, following which, the high temperature fume will enter into convection heating surface for heat exchange, finally low temperature fume will be released into atmosphere through chimney from fume outlet of boiler.
