Product Description
JRO35 polishing lubricant oil is surface treatment material composed by a special vegetable oil , machine oil and anti-rust agent,anti-friction additives. It can improve the anti-rust performance and smoothness of welding wire .
Performance:
Form: pale yellow oily liquid Specific Gravity: 0.90 (20 ºC)
Viscosity: 35Cst (40 ºC) PH value: 6.8 Moisture: 0.3% max
Features:
It has excellent lubricity and significant anti-rust performance to the copper wire. The anti-friction agent makes wire surface more smooth, and more smoothly for wire feeding. The materials do not contain any hazardous and noxious substances, when welding the lubricant on wire surface does not produce harmful substances.
Application:
Used in surface polishing and coating of copper and non- copper wire, especially the welding wire.
Notes:
Black residue when direct drawing, may be caused by water incorporation or polishing mold too hot, remove the deposition , use the upper layer oil is OK. When using circularly,, the material tank should have filter device, lubricant oil should be regularly added. The lubricant oil should should be replaced when oil cracking , acid value increased , decreased ability of anti-rust.
