YD100H Jug valve
1. YD100H jug valve is a special valve for sulfuric acid application.
2. The fluid name is SO2 or SO3, fluid temperature is about 1200 centigrade.
3. In order to control flow of gas, we design a three-way special valve-jug valve.
4. It uses effectively three-way pipe feature, only disk mat's touched with high-tem is 310S, other mat's 304 stainless is fully ok, so the cost is not high.
5. At the same time, it is safe all the time than butterfly valve.
6. It is impossible to block.
7. It can be assemblied with electric-motor.
8. It is the best control valve for sulfuric acid burn stove outlet high temperature.
YD100H Jug valve on-site application services characteristics:
1. Sulphuric acid industry
2. Incinerator exports ultra-high temperature exhaust gas
3. Actual temperature of exhaust gas is about 900~1200 degree.
4. Bypass pipe is ultra-high temperature, but the straight pipe temperature is low.
5. Straight pipe temperature is about 400 degree.
6. Bypass pipe is firebrick lined
