3. Steel
We provide different kinds of mould steels for customers' choice, such as P20, 718, S136, NAK80, H13, S45C and etc.
Good steels are the basis of long life of moulds and high quality of products. All the steels we provide are made by famous steel manufacturers at home and abroad.
Abroad Suppliers: Switzerland ASSAB, German SAARS TAHL, Japan DAIDOU, Austria BOHLER, America FKL and etc.

4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better Polish and long usage.
The Hardness of core and cavity of kettle mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; If there are some sliders in the mould, we will nitride them to assure HRC60.
The ejected plate with high strength and hardness will be over HRC 45 after heating treatment.
5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile, which reduces material consumption and labor force.
According to customer' requirement, kettle mould can be employed hot runner system, like HUSKY\MASTER\YUDO\SYNVENTIVE and etc.

6. Processing
The assembly work of kettle mould is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years and the all components are processing by CNC lathes.
7. Mould Shots
Kettle mould's shots can reach at least 0.5 million with good steel, reasonable heat treatment and precise processing.
