KIET Rail Based Ship Transfer System
KIET Fluid Bed Rail Based Ship Launch System is designed to transport ships between a ship lift and dry berth on land. The transfer system is a robust, easy-to-operate system that requires little maintenance. It can be submerged and stored outdoors without damage or adverse effects. The Rail Transfer System runs on rails and can move both in lateral and transverse directions. The transfer system will move the vessel on a fluid bed with full control over the forces to the hull and the wheel loads. The system consists of a number of transfer trolleys, each with lifting capacity up to 150 tons.
1. Lifting system
with a set of ultrahigh pressure doublestage pump, it can achieve the fast lifting at noload condition and slow lifting at heavy load condition for improving the working efficiency, the compensation valve equipped on the cylinder guarantees the safe and stable decline. Using double acting mechanical lock nut cylinder can save operating time.
2. Walking system
Structured with motor and reducer, the delivery speed is 3m/min. Low noise and high efficiency.
3. Electronic control system
Parallel connection power supply and control mode can not only guarantee the single hydraulic vehicle's operation, but also the numerous hydraulic vehicles' synchronous lifting and shuttle. The centralized control cable trailer can control the hydraulic small vehicles concurrently. Long distance power supply to the system can be achieved via the cable drum on the cable trailer for flexible use and wider application scope.

We provide wooden packing for each hdyraulic product, which can perfectly protect , the shipping can be by express parcel, by air or by sea shipping.
