Product Description
Product IntroductionKSP-5 wet spraying machine is a new and efficient sprayed concrete machinery, mainly used for wet concrete mixing. It can mix evenly, accurate control of water, help cement hydration, and thus it has the advantages of little dust, a small rebound concrete homogeneity, high strength. The aircraft has reasonable structure, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance, long service life, widely used in iron (public) road tunnel, subway, hydropower engineering, underground engineering and mine shaft shotcrete construction operations. KSP-5 wet spraying machine uses a unique way of cutting, so the material flow is uniformity, stability, and pulse is small. And highly rational feeding more effectively reduces labor intensity, to further improve the work efficiency.
Structure
KSP-5 type wet spraying machine consisted of mainly driving electric motor, reducer, the rotor body assembly, sealing plate, hopper seats, nozzle, vibrating hopper, sleeve, pressed bodies and accelerator conveyor systems, air duct systems and electronic control devices and other components.
Technical feature
1. Through type rotary, non-sticky, unobstructed discharge, high efficiency and time-saving.
2. Four-point clamping device makes it easy to adjust the press between sealing plate and rotor disk so as to reduce air and dust leak and prolong consumption parts life.,
3. Using low-tension, high-speed vortex pneumatic transportation, so the spraying flow is even, continuous and steady. It's good to improve the shotcrete quality.
