Product Description
Purpose:
The instrument is designed and made as per T0625 "Asphalt Rotation Viscosity Test (Brookfield Viscometer Methods)" in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is suitable to determine absolute viscosity of Newton liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newton liquids. It is sensitive, reliable, convenient, beautiful, and it only needs little sample. It can be widely used to determine viscosity of asphalt, hot melt adhesive, paraffin, high polymer, and other liquids.

1. Measurement range: 100mPa· S~(2× 106)mPa· S (It can be extended to 4× 106mPa· S if purchase No. 30 spindle);
2. Spindles: Four spindles, No. 21, 27, 28 and 29 (No. 30 spindle is optional);
3. Spindle speed: 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 RPM;
4. Measurement error: ± 1% (FS) (It is ± 3% (FS) for No. 30 spindle);
5. Temperature controlling range: 45~200;
7. Cubage of sample chamber: 20 ml;
8. Power supply: AC 220V± 10%, 50 Hz;
9. Ambient temperature: 5~35 (Heater control temperature close to room temperature, the air conditioner should be enabled, the working environment temperature is below the heater control temperature of about 5 );
10. Relative humidity: Not more than 80%.
