Our Technology

1 printheads we use Japan Konkia 512-14PL/MH, Konca1024/14pl the head have auto heating function

2 motor serve and electric we use Japan Panasonice motor and switch, is very steable and good quality.

3 machine body we use steel made, the table at the same level. Can guarantee the steable during printing.

4 y direction screw we import from Taiwan. The terolance is less than 0.001mm

5 the table have vacuum or up-down wheels function

6 printheads adjust is manual.

7 material: Sheet to sheet the maximum material thickness is 5 cm

8 uv ink we use two kinds, they are UK sunjet and Japan TOYO ink

9 the machine have auto cleaning system, C M Y K LC LM W can cleaing individualy or at the same time.

10. Software we use Photoprint 6.0 with dogeon, can control the customer pay by month just like use credit card if the customer want buy machine but just can pay by month.

11 our machine passed CE certificate, from Greece MIRTEC, our Certificate Number: MC/TH-C-456/09.
