It is one kind of special laminated glass, completely different from the normal painted glass according to its excellent features as follows:
Features:
1. It's 2 sheets of glass bonded to a tough and thermoplastic PVB interlayer, the PVB interlayer withstands penetration by impact, but it is different from the normal PVB film because it can be printed with various color photos.
2. Extremely high safety. Even if the glass cracks, splinters will be sticked to the interlayer and not scattered. The photo which printed on the PVB film withstands the conditions of high temperature and ultra low temperature, never fade or fall off. This kind of laminated glass has a good strength to resist shock, burglary, burst and bullets
3. The interlayer impedes the transmission of solar heat and reduces air-conditioning cost, so that the pattern which adheres to the PVB interlayer can exist the same as the PVB interlayer with long-life. Transparent and both sides viewed.
4. Compared with the normal coloured drawing or pattern glass which printed the pattern on the surface of the glass, the laminated glass with pattern printed PVB film has the strongpoints that color won't fade, even in the dicky weather, and it is more handsome through the clear glass.
5. The pattern can be customized by the customer, you can take a photo by your digital camera, and then send it to our computer, so it can be automatic printed on the PVB film by our computer, without any man-made painting, will be more natural and veracious.
6. Glass can be tempered first before laminated, and the color of float glass can be clear or ultra clear (low iron). Our product has been used in Hotel Lisboa, Macao. For its indoor decoration and security.
