The whole machine is composed of rinser, filler and capper.
Main features
Bottle infeed
Bottle infeed screw is connected directly with infeed starwheel.
Equip pneumatic bottle blocking device.
Rinser
1, The circumgyrating tray is welded with SUS304 stainless steel completely.
2, Adopt Promethean overturning grippers. The gripper blocks bottle neck, avoiding possible pollution to bottle mouth screw position caused by rubber pieces of traditional grippers. The gripper is made of SUS304 stainless steel, sanitary and durable.
3, Adopt high-efficiency spray nozzle. Water is sprayed out according to set angle and can wash any position of bottle inner wall. Wash compeletly and it saves water.
4, Bottle grippers and overturning organ adopt anti-erode bearing of IGUS from Germany
Rinser drive is transported through gear by drive system in the machine base.
5, Transition starwheel
Adopt high quality nylonl starwheel.
Filler
1, Circumgyrating tray is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2, Adopt gravity filling.
3, Filling valve is made of SUS316L.
4, High-precision and high-speed filling valve with level precision ≤ ± 2mm.
5, Adopt integer liquid tank and the tank's liquid level is controlled by float ball.
6, Filler drive is provided through transmission of gears by drive system in the machine base.
Capper
1, Adopt magnetic constant contortion capping head. Capping effect is stable and reliable. Fraction defective≤ 0.2%.
2, Cap falling rail equips device preventing reverse-caps passing and taking reverse-caps. It equips one group of photoelectric switches. While there is no cap in the rail, the machine will stop running automatically, which avoid bottles without caps effectively.
3, It equips bottle infeed inspection switch, cotroling caps discharge, together with cap locking cylinder in cap dial tray, guaranteeing stopping to feed caps while no bottle and reducing cap lost.
4, High-efficiency centrifugal cap sorting way, little abrasion.
5, Cap unscrambler equips cap-lack inspection device, for control cap elevator.
Outfeed starwheel
Adopt bottom-holding transport way. The bottom-holding plate is a helix descending curve. User does not need to adjust machine and outfeed conveyor height while changing different bottle format.
Outfeed conveyor
Drive motor adopts frequency speed adjust, keeping synchronization with 3-in-1 monoblock, avoiding bottle down effectively.
