Product Description

The hydrocyclone's cone angle is large, up to 180 degrees (also known as flat bottom hydrocyclone). It's suitable for minerals of high concentration, large proportion and overflow fineness -200 mesh content less than 60%. Especially for primary grinding of iron ore in stage grinding process.This hydrocyclone of such structure has advantages of uniform overflow grain size, slight over-grinding, and the underflow producing rate can be adjusted sharply and will not affect the hydrocyclone the normal work. Compared with traditional hydrocyclone, primary grinding processing capacity can be improved about 10%-25%.
