PW-525SC Combo detector, which combines the single station photoelectric smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, is designed to sense smoke that comes into the detector chyellow as well as to detect any buildup of carbon monoxide, also known as CO gas, in your home or office. In another word, This detector provides two of most needed security functions in the same detector housing for saving space and energy. This Combo detector is designed to give early warning of developing fires or any buildup of carbon monoxide by giving off the alarm sounds from its built-in alarm horn. It can provide precious time for you and your family to escape before a fire spreads or the lethal attack of carbon monoxide gas. However, the Combo detector makes such pre-warning of fire accident or potential exposure of CO gas possible, only if the detector is located, installed, and maintained properly as described in this User's Manual. The features of PW-525SC Combo detector includes:
(1) Easy to install.
(2) Monitoring for smoke and carbon monoxide in a continuous manner.
(3) Giving a loud alarm (85 dB) when it detects a buildup of smoke and carbon monoxide.
(4) Having a Test button for you to test the detector anytime.
(5) Complying the requirements of UL Standard 217, BS5446, EN50292, EN14604 and UL2034.
