DESCRIPTION - The ZT50CWS Lavatory service truck is designed to withstand the airport complex environment, simply to operated and easy to maintain The Lavatory servicing Truck with closed cab and heating systems is equipped with latest electric and hydraulic circuits. The unit is equipped with a lift platform in the rear and used and servicing up to B747. The tank is mounted to the chassis with rubber shock absorbers to insulate it from vibration and shock during driving.

02. CHASSIS AND ENGINE:

² Transmission: Manual transmission with 5 forward speeds and 1 reverse for the gear box.
² Front axle: Steering axle with leaf spring suspension.
² Rear axle: Driving axle with double stage reducing gear and leaf spring suspension.
² Brake(service): Vacuum booster double circuit hydraulic brake
² Brake (Parking): Expansion within the mechanical brake on rear axle mechanically actuated by a cable.

04. HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT:
² The hydraulic components are all installed in a box located on the left hand-side of the chassis.
² Power taken directly from chassis engine using the PTO unit.

² Pressure gauge indicate hydraulic pressure
² Electromagnetism valve for selecting and controlling lift platform and water delivery.
² Oil motor drive the water pump
05. TELESCOPIC LIFT PLATFORM:
² Lift platform and work cage are made from stainless steel.
² Anti-slip checker plate on the ground of the lift platform
² Manual release valve at ground level allow lowering of platform
in an emergency.
² Control Panel with control switches on the lift platform.
06. SAFETY FEATURES:
² Interlock system to prevent vehicle being driven while PTO is engaged
² Limit switch fixed to top of cage lowers platform
when it meets an obstruction
² In the event of an emergency there is a remote engine stop switch
located on the control panel.
² A warning buzzer sounds when either the platform is up
or down or the vehicle is reversing.
07. WATER/DEODORANT CIRCUIT:
² Easily adjustable water pump pressure relief valve
² Pressure gauge to indicate water pressure

for waste removal.
² DUMP VALVE Large 4" dia. Ball valve, 90 rotations, for fast dumping
of waste.
