Main Features
1. The machine has Loading section, washing and drying section, washing quality inspection section.
2. LB Series Vertical Glass Washing and Drying Machine can be matched with insulating line
3. Glass can be dried fast with the design of strong air knives, stainless stee washing tank.
4. The soft low-e brush can wash low-e glass, also the machine can be designed according to your special demands.
5. PLC control system with touch screen operation interface
6. Imported oil-free water proof bearings prevents the contamination to the water.
7. It has 6 brushes driving by 3 motors.
8. There is one sensor on the first transmit stage.
If the glass's height is more than 1meter, two motors start automatically to transmit the glass. If the glass is less than 1 meter, only one motor start to transmit the glass.
It saves electricity a lot.
