6. Slowly plate output function: After printing, the plate is moved slowly till it reaches to a distance, and then accelerate the output speed. It prevent the solder paste leaving away by the high speed of the normal cylinder motor, thus form a bridge which leading to short circuit, ensuring the printing quality.
7. Magnetic movable ejector design of PCB board table: It ensures better effect by the double-sided printing. While printing the second side of the PCB, it can move magnetic activity thimble according to the first-side PCB component distribution, so as not to damage the components on the first side, ensuring better printing effect.
8. Edge position and guide hole position methods make the PCB positioning more simple\quickly\accurate before printing. Intelligence operations of the touch pad let daily operation more simple and fast. Movable fixing stencil frame design ensures freely adjusting the position and size of mobile grid according to different products. Double blade design realizes setting the PCB printing times and squeegee moving speed, you can set speed according to different printing requirements, so that the solder paste can be printed more uniform and precise.
9. The suspension scraper of the automatic printing machine can balance the squeegee pressure. And by using special materials and processing technology, the squeegee is 4-6 times more durable than the ordinary stainless steel.
10. The machine is equipped with a movable automatic induction device, it can make the scraper running distance especially to the PCB board according to the sensing positions of different PCB specifications set, which can improve the work efficiency.
