LG Roots Vacuum Pump Unit
Screw Vacuum Pump Unit comprises roots pump and screw pump, and it has pipeline, valve, frame and electrical control box. The vacuum gauge head and vacuum relay control the roots pump to start, after backing screw pump works. Because the rotating parts of roots pump and screw pump don't touch each other, this unit runs smoothly, with low noise, small vibration, compact structure, small footprint, etc. Because LG Roots Screw Vacuum Pump Unit has the advantages of saving power, pumping lots of air in high vacuum area and high vacuum, it is widely used in electricity, electronic coating, smelting, heat treatment, dry, distillation, pharmacy, chemical industry, war industry, aerospace industry, etc., especially in the field of semiconductor industry (requiring no oil vapor pollution), also it is suitable for the locations with a lot of water vapor and a little of dust.
