Features
The machine is suitable for filling putty and paint to all kinds of products whose surface is rough and grain to ensure the product surface to be smoother. Instead of manual labor, the reverse steel wheel can fill paint in the sunken place (but only for products which have little rough). It can be widely used in flat products such as floor, furniture, decorating board and Calcium silicate board. The single design of reverse circle-scrape and corotation filling equipment to adjust the filling amount by scraper and roller. It is suitable for all kinds of paint such as NC, PU, PE, AC, and UV. And it has the device which can prevent lacquer putty out.
Conveying work piece is controlled by conveyor belt which has automatic centering system.
Changing system is quick and the roller can be disassembling.
The thickness is controlled by shutoff with emergency stopping.
