Fmygx-LINE-CONTACT IRONING MACHINE
Usage: 1 Iron the leather 2. Emboss pore pattern on leather.
Application:Used in Shoe factory or artificial leather factories and etc.
Features:
1. Rollers up and down are installed vertically. It can emboss the pore pattern on leather while ironing.
2. The pressure roller is specially made which can ensure no bending and deformation under pressure of 150kg.
3. Computer monitored temperature controlling system keeps the temperature of roller steady and the same.
4. Fine adjustment of pressure device (unique and original in the mainland): It can adjust pressure from 10-150kg.
5. It is equipped with intelligent leather stretching device which can flat the very thin leather during the stretching process such as sheep hide. It guarantees the leather won't get fold during the process.
6. Timing heating function: this function can preheat the equipment, and save the boot time.
7. Oil-pressure type of roller switching device: There is a supporting frame up of the machine. When the roller gets changed, it uses oil pressure. It's easy for using.
