They're made by different process and then machined to drawings and then assembled together and tested.
General lead time is 30 days for first samples, another few days for mass production run.
High low volume is acceptable. OEM service is offered.

Below are the raw materials involved: Metal materials including stainless steel (304, 303, 316L), non- ferrous metals like aluminum (A356-T6, A380, AL6061-T6 and AL6063-T5), brass (CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2), zinc alloy (Zamak 3, Zamak 5), etc.
The surface treatments include polishing, shot blast, passivation, chromate, sand blaster, chrome plating, painting, zinc plating, nickel plating, tin plating, anodizing and silk screen.
