Series Oil, Liquid filling machine Technical instructions:-1- Suitable bottle size : 200ml -5000ml-2- Adopt volumetric piston pump, pneumatic control stainless steel valve to fill liquid of various viscosity. -3- Liquid filling process by pneumatic control piston pump, easy to adjust filling volume. -4- With auto level sensor to control stuff supply or stop. -5- Auto switch on/off filling nozzle, prevent drop while filling. -6- Convenient to take out component parts to clean and sterilize, easy to adjust for other bottle sizes. -7- Running speed controlled by frequency inverter, automatic "no bottle-no filling".-8- PLC system from Panasonic/Japan.-9- Each part is equipped with sensors.-10- Filling Tolerance:Filling machine for volume ≤500ml----±1g / Filling machine for volume ≥500ml----±2g-11- Air consumption:0.55-0.65 Mpa
