The poultry and livestock feed produce line is widely used to process feed with different materials such as corn, maize, grass, grains, molasses, and some other raw materials, is suitable for all kinds of the feed factories.
Soya meal animal feed production line
1. The crushing process----hammer mill
Raw materials into the shredder is broken into customer requirements of size granular, crushed particles passing through the mesh into the crushing chamber and then is discharged from the discharge port. The user can accord to the needs of the particle size selection screen
2. Mixing, granulating process----mixer, pellet machine
The crushed particles in the mixer is fully stirred and uniformly mixed, enter into the ring die pellet machine to make them pellet
3. Cooling, drying, sieving process----cooler, dryer, screener
Granular semi-finished products in the SH series plane revolving grading sieve for grading and two circular grinding process and the number of particles, powder for cleaning and grading. Discharging port is the streamline shape design, not the material deposition, to avoid cross contamination.
4. Packaging process----packing machine
The packing process includes two parts: One is hosting part, the other one is packing part. The hosting machine will promote pellets from low to the top with its little hoppers, then drop the pellets into Packing Machine, with the automatic sealing system, the pellets can be packed into bags.
