LK-630/12+18+24 type rigid frame stranding machine
1. Function requirements
The machine can be used to strand the al-wire with big cross section, steel-cored al-wire, cu wire and the insulated strands.
Mechanism is high, and auxiliary function is full, content of spool is large, the productivity is high, which is the ideal equipment to manufacture all kinds of stranding wires without back-twist.
The machine adopts the mechanical transmission, there is the device for the broken wire to test each pay-off reel, and any of pay-off reels stops working because of broken wires, accordingly the main machine will automatic stop.
Rolling Wheel type single wire performing device is prepared for each part of stranding cage, if it is needed, it can be installed and used.
Before stranding wires, the single wire doesn't contact other parts except for guide wire sleeve,guide wire and pre-twisting rolling wheels , which can avoid scratch the single wire.2.
