LNBR as Liquid Nitrile Butadiene Rubber

We manufacture and export LNBR which is Liquid Nitrile Butadiene Rubber. It is a newly pattern and low molecular weight liquid toughened agent plasticizer and rubber softener. It could be broadly used in PVC resin, SBS/ABS, TPE and nitrile rubber, acrylate rubber, fluorine rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, and special rubber to improve product's chemical resistance, improve the heat resistance and weather resistance, improve the adhesion with metal and glass using carboxylated rubber, and extend the life of the products, and many other good functions as listed below

Main Applications:

1. Softener & Plasticizer for Rubber:
As liquid rubber plasticizer, LNBR has good compatibility with other type of rubber, can not be dropped from the rubber compound, so it can be used as special non-dropping plasticizer. When making printing roller, liquid nitrile rubber can be used to substitute white and black ointment or softener to get good processing properties and the tensile strength, elongation and rebound resilience of products, it can also improve the physical properties and printing quality.

2. Plasticizer for Plastic:
The liquid plasticizer/toughened agent can substitute the capryl octyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, diethyl adipate, and solid plasticizer powder nitrile rubber, also it can modify the cold endurance, heat/light/ resistance, ageing resistance and oil resistance, at the same time it can improve the rebound resilience, impact resistance, and surface form of product, modify the ease transference of plasticizer. It can be used for making: Wire/cable, meter panel of car, car bumper, film, water hose, transport band, shoe, brake plate and so on.

3. For Adhesives:
LNBR has very good oil resistance, adhesion, and holding power with good fluidity, which will improve the toughness, heat resistance, oil resistance and low temperature properties for PVC automobile sealants. What's more it has good flow ability, can compounded with bakelite resin, epoxy resin to make adhesive which has good rebound resilience, oil resistance and adhesion ability.
