Warranty
These pet doors have a limited three-Year Warranty starting from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any defects in original factory materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover any products that in our opinion have been improperly installed or used. Our company shall not be liable for any incidental damages or negligence.
The pet doors which need repairing or replacement could be returned to the retailer or supplier.
Pet-training
Some pets are timid as the pet door is completely new to them. Therefore you should be patient with your pets and encourage them whenever possible.
If your pets dare not to use the door, do not force them. You should spend some time to help them get used to the door. If you force your pets, they will be frightened and then they will think this as an painful experience, which certainly will make it more difficult to train your pets. Some pet will adapt themselves to the door within a few minutes, while others may need several days.
Tips are as follows.
Most of pets will risk everything to get the food when they are very hungry. Therefore, you can place the dish at the place where pet can see it by looking through the flap.
It is advisable to train your pet to use the door at the their feeding time, which will encourage them to use the door.
As for timid pets, it is advisable to tape the flap up in the opening position till they are used to the door.
