Product Description
This is a new high-quality log multi-blade saw machine suitable for processing a variety of wooden logs. It is capable to cut round wood into all sheets or into 1 square lumber or into 2 square lumbers plus sheets. (The specification of the lumber and sheets are according to your requirement).
The unique design of the machine can automatically cut the wood/log in pieces. The feeding speed and the cutting speed are controlled by the machine. It is automatically, user-friendly, efficiently and environmental-friendly.
Main Spindle: with high quality chrome plated materials, a dynamic balance processing to ensure high stability, wear-resistant and rust-proof.
Motor: motor quality is in line with international standards and national standards, strong power, high sensitivity, excellent insulation and thermal properties.
Cooling system: We use water spray technology in the axis core, for environmental dustproof and cool, and prolong the service life of the saw blade.
Feeding system: use computer intelligent control system, auto-sensing wood hardness; automatically change the size of the feed rate, the effective protection of the saw blade and the motor.
Other unique design: In the feed track, the "U"-type arc chain design to ensure the wood in correct feed way automatically, to ensure that the feed rate high and smoothly and easy be operated. This design is beautiful and practical.
