Product Description
Part one(summary)
This series of cutting machine is of gantry structure. All the structure members are annealed, shot-blasted integrally and painted. Guide-rails on the frame are treated with high-frequency quenching, then ground and paneled together. The advantage is: Good rigidity, high precision, stable structure and so on. Linear triple-torch, infinite-revolving triple torch and plasma torch can be equipped based on customer requirement. Torch elevation unit is adopted with ball-bearing guide-way, which can elevate automatically or manually. Also auto-ignition function is available. Based on customer choice, tube and cable arrangement can be hanging-type or drag-chain type.
Part two(use)
L With auto-ignition, auto-lifting, auto-cutting, powder-spay printing, re-cutting, auto-height control for cutting torch as options
L Closed loop control for servo system
L No clearance transmission for gear and gap, and with automatic acceleration and deceleration, cutting sequential control, art parameters set-up and kerf-compensation function
L This machine not only can do strip cutting in batch, but also can cut different shapes
L Main beam is whole press brake, welded and stress-relieved
L With stable structure and good rigidity, and no deformation after long time using, servo motor, reducer, gas pipe and solenoid valve, cutting torches are all international famous brand, ensuring the quality stable and reliable
1. Features:
1) Welding manipulator is the automatic welding equipment work with welding power. It can be used together with welding rotator or welding positioner, and widely used in industries as boiler, ship-building, pressure vessel, petro-chemical machinery for welding of inner and outer longitudinal seams and circumferential seams.
2) Our welding manipulator features in advanced structure, multi-function, and easy to operate, and other equipment to facilitate linkage control, which increased the production capacity and assured the quality.
3) The automatic welding manipulator consist of light, standard, and heavy type according to weight-bearing, effectively stretching and up/down stroke.
4) The automatic welding manipulator is design for four different structure type: Fixed type, fixed rotation type, fixed movable type and movable rotation type.
