Working process:
Raw materials from the bunker feed the weighing hopper of the loss-in-weight scale, and the feeding stops automatically when the system finds that the pre-set position has been reached;
When the feeding is completed, the loss-in-weight scale starts. The sensor collects real-time flow data for the weighing controller to process, and the controller, after calculation and filtering process, controls the motor's revolving speed according to the results to realize real-time flow adjustment;
As the loss-in-weight scale works, materials in its hopper decrease. When materials decrease to such a level that further feeding is required, the weighing controller starts the feeding device. The loss-in-weight scale operates in the precise volumetric mode, which ensures steady and precise flow;
With the above steps forming a cycle, the loss-in-weight scale provides continuous feeding at precise and constant rations.
