Factory Situation
Existing production lines and major equipment are as below:
2 forced convention tempering lines, with annual output is 2.4 million m2;
1 full automatic glass cutting line, with annual output is 1.6 million m2;
3 automatic low-e insulating glass production lines, with annual output is 0.75 million m2;
1 laminated glass production line, with annual output is 0.2 million m2;
1 fireproof glass production line, with annual output is 0.6 million m2;
5 automatic bilateral edge grinding machines, with annual output is 2.6 million m2.

Features of Low-e Glass
Whether in winter or summer, low-e glass plays a part in energy saving. In winter, the low-e film will reflect heat back to the building to prevent heat loss and keep temperature balance in the room; During the summer, the low-e film will reduce radiant heat into the room again, so that the interior overall calorie cuts down, and the room becomes cooler. Besides, Low-e glass is a new heat and noise insulation building material which has the following features:
(1)Saving energy: Low-e glass has good thermal insulation and heat-shielding performance, so it is an ideal material of energy and environmental protection;
(2) Good lighting: For low-e glass, the visible light transmittance is high, so low-e insulated glass has good lighting effect;
(3) Stable chemical property: It is possible for long term storage and low-e glass can be arbitrarily deep-processed.
