Beijing Railway Star Fortune High-Tech Co., Ltd. (RSF) was founded in Oct. 2003, which is dedicated in new friction material R&D of railway transit area and forging, casting and machining products involved in bogie system, coupler and draft gear system and braking system. RSF is one of the first "National High-tech Enterprise Certification" companies, the headquarter is in Beijing, and it has one modern rail transit parts production bases which is located at Ji county in Tianjin. RSF has firstly obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification and TS16949 System and IRIS system Certification in the industry, and is expected to get ARR System Certification at the end of this year.

RSF has an independent research and development center, a high-tech research and development team with professors and researchers, including three Doctors and 17 Masters. At the same time, RSF has established long-term, stable cooperation with domestic colleges and universities and professional institutions, such as the Beijing University of Science and Technology, China Academy of Railway Sciences and Qiqihar Railway Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd., and so on. — RSF GM915D type high friction composition brake shoe has developed into research and development design specifications, is the approved products for 27-40 tons axle load vehicle. It can meet the braking requirements of 30 ~ 40 tons axle load, 120 ~ 160 tons carrying capacity, a max speed of 100 km/h, wheel diameter is 915 mm, 350 X85X50mm in size, the average friction coefficient is 0.25 ~ 0.37.

Suitable for the braking requirement of 100-200 km/h inter-city bus. The product complies with UIC541-06 standards, which performance meets the domestic passenger car brake lining technology standards and vehicle braking requirements.

— High-speed Train Powder Metallurgy Brake Lining

Suitable for the high-speed train braking requirement of 300 km/h or above, the effective friction area is 400 cm2, the average friction coefficient is no less than 0.375± 0.035, static friction coefficient is not lower than 0.4; Abrasion quantity is no more than 0.35 cm3 / MJ, the tolerance limit temperature is 1000 º C. The raw materials is environmental protection, smooth braking, low noise, and no dual injury, which satisfies the requirement of UIC541-4;
