The composition of the vibrating table:
1,vibrating table mainly consists of bottom brackets, upper platform, vibrating motor and shock-absorbing device.Three dimensional vibrating motion: a. horizontal b. vertical. c. un to down.
2 The damping mechanism of vibration table is mainly composed of damping spring: steel spring, rubber spring, composite spring.

The maintaince:
1.when it starts or stops. If there is a large amplitude fluctuation in several seconds. It is usual.
2.When the machine leave factory, the excitation force is the rated 50%. If you need increase or
decrease the excitation force, you can adjust it according to your requirement.
3. after the vibrating table are used, at the first week, a check for screw is necessary everyday.
After the first week, the check could be changed one time every week. If the screw loose. Just
fasten it again.
