LPG-50 Centrifugal Spray Drying Machine
1.Work principle of equipment
LPG type is a kind of drying equipment for liquid of low temp. and high viscosity which is developed from many improvements in our company on the basis of absorbing technology at home and abroad. Its work principle is: cold air passes though filter and then enters heater. After being heated to the needed temperature, the air enters air distributor on top of spray tower, then hot air moves towards to tower bottom in spiral and even form. Feed liquid is sent by special pump to atomizer on the top of tower. Feed liquid is atomized into slight foggy drop and contact hot air in same direction, at the same time heat is exchanged and the moisture of feed liquid is gasified and evaporated quickly, the feed liquid is dried into finished product in very short time. Finished product is collected by cyclone separator and waste steam is discharged by induced fan.
2. Features of equipment
1. Drying time is very short, it is about 6 seconds from putting material in and product out. Usually the active ingredient won't be damaged.
2. The equipment has a suitable diameter and big height thus it is very special for drying milk liquor. The temperature of air intake is adjustable from 150-200 degrees centigrade
3. The configuration of equipment is complete and can meet the production need in largest degree.
4. The operation is simple, no need to use professional operator. The control system is not PLC, but button control system. For the feed pump, we will use the electromagnetic rotary knob to control, just as we discussed this morning.
5. Unique spiral distributor of air intake is our company's patent which can guarantee the air volume goes down evenly on circle of tower body, thus it reduces material to glue inner wall.
6. Advanced and convenient clean door is completely imitated with Denmark Niro company. It is easy to operation by worker and can guarantee the absolute sealing to make material not stick to inner-wall.
7. There is complete mirror polishing inside and no any hidden corner. This is to avoid gluing material and easy to wash.
8. The top of equipment is equipped with lighting to help observe the running condition of equipment.
9. The temperature of air intake is controllable, and it can meet the drying technique of material.
10. All pipelines, cyclones are equipped with quick clean holes.
11. The tower cone and bottom of cyclone are equipped with pneumatic vibrators which vibrate automatically at fixed time to reduce the gathering of powder at utmost.
12. Electric atomizer with high rotary speed is adopted, the atomized liquid is slight and drying efficiency is high. There is no gear and thus no need to use machinery oil, so it surely has no oil leaking for polluting the product.
13. Adopt two grades of cyclones and one grade water film duster which increase the recovery rate of material.
