This compound is white high-quality wax of high melting point, its industrial product is white superfine powder, non-toxic and no side effect to human body. Insoluble in most solvents at room temperature, stable to acid, alkali and water medium. Soluble in hot chlorinated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.
Use:
This product can be used as lubricant for thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics. It can reduce melting viscosity, save energy consumption, extend service life of mold, and can empower products with favorable appearance. This product can be used in PVC, PE, PP, PS, ABS, POM, phenolic and amino plastics. Moreover, it can also be used in plastic and rubber industries as dispersing agent, mold release, antisticking agent, antistatic agent and surface treating agent.
EBS can be used in food and plastic products according to FDA.
