Function
Circular vibrators are universally used for practically any finishing application.
They can be used for cutting-back, fine finishing, polishing and generating specific finishes before pre-plating. They are suitable either as economic "stand-alone" machines or for integration into automated manufacturing systems.The LZG400AC machine is with an automatic noise cover. The electrical cabinet can be hanged on the wall or be the single cabinet. Material of the machine is wearability. and can be used for a long time.
The machine is mainly used to remove burrs, rusts and oxides from the surface of parts made by metal, nonmetal, plastics and chamfer and polish them at the same time. It can also eliminate internal stress of the workpieces and improve the surface fatigue strength. It is especially suitable for long and thin components, easily deformed parts and special shaped complex components.
Contruction and working principle1) Construction:
The machine is composed of inertial vibrator, vessel, electrical cabinet, noise cover and basement (Shown in outline drawing).
a. Inertial vibrator: This is the vibrating source of the machine, it is composed of vibratory motor, springs and eccentric blocks. The magnitude of amplitude is adjusted by the angle between upper and lower eccentric blocks and the steel plates.
b. Vessel: The vessel is welded of annular steel plate. It is lined with wear-resisting material, Polyurethane, to weaken the noise and the bump of workpieces on vessel. There are media outlet and water outlet on the bottom of the vessel to discharge the media, dirty water and grinding liquid. At the media outlet, there is a double layer screen used to classify workpieces automatically, the size of holes on the screens could be chosen according to the sizes of workpieces and the media. After the polishing procedure has been completed, pull on the dam blade and screen, the workpieces will be separated automatically. The process could be continued when the dam blade is pulled down.
c. Electrical cabinet: Hanged cabinet or single cabinet. Operate the machine by buttons on the control panel.
d. Basement: It is weld of steel, spring on the basement can reduce the vibratory of inertial vibratory. Adjust the eccentric block after moving the balde on both sides of the basement.
2) Working principles:
The process of polishing is a special grinding procedure. Workpieces, media, grinding liquid and water are put into the vessel according to some ratio. All these things are vibrated in all directions at the work of motor, they also move forward with horizontal gyration and spiral turnover making a three dimensional curve movement, so the burrs could be removed and the workpieces are polished.
