Product Description
M3002 is apply to variety kinds of cutting and mixing meet or emulsification meet. It is as same as the product K7 of Shanghai Tari Internationna Food Addi Tive Co. Ltd.
Main ingredients: It is composited by dimerization phosphate, tripolyphosphate and polyphosphates.
Character: White powder, soluble in water.
Hygienic standard: GB2760.
Usage and dosage: In dry state mix with salt and other ingredients, then join in meat paste for cutting and mixing, and then process in kinds of meat products, the dosage is 0.3-0.5%.
Application effects:
1. Keeping the natural colour and the taste of meat, reducing fat oxidation.
2. Keeping the water in meat, improving the adhesiveness of meat, and make high product rate.
3. Good effect of emulsify fat, make the meat more elasticity, prevent detaching the fat and water in meat from heating.
4. Chelating the multivalency metal cation in meat, increasing the inoxidizability, and even have good bactriostasis, delaying the guarantee period.
