Product Description
M3001 is apply to all kinds of meat products. It is most like M3002, only better solubility than M3002.
Character: White granulate, white powder in injection and curing meat product, soluble in water.
Main ingredients: It is composited by dimerization phosphate, tripolyphosphate and polyphosphates.
Hygienic standard: GB2760.
Usage and dosage: Mix with other ingredients to make curing juice, used for injection, the dosage is 0.3-0.5%.
Application effects:
1. Keeping the natural colour and the taste of meat, reducing fat oxidation.
2. Keeping the water in meat, reducing lose water in meat by frozen, convey, and keeping the softness of meat.
3. Improving the texture of meat and slice effect, the sliced surface is evenly and smooth, Slice process without clastic produce.
