M4002 is apply to kinds of water retention and protective coloration meat. It is as same as the product optibind of Innophos Holding Inc in America.
Character: White powder, white granulate, soluble in water.
Main ingredients: It is composited by dimerization phosphate, tripolyphosphate and polyphosphates.
Hygienic standard: GB2760.
Usable range: All kinds of meat.
Dosage: The dosage is 0.3-0.5%.
