Introduction of spiral classifier:
Spiral Classifier mainly consisted by gear, spiral body, trough body, the lower (bearing) and ranked mining valve. With the aid of solid grain size to differ, different proportions and thus the settling velocity in the liquid of different principles, so that fine-particle floating in the water overflow into a coarse particle in the bottom, from the spiral to the upper part of discharge. Spiral classifier can filter material powder made by the mill and then taken the thick film material to feed mill with the use of helical screw. Last the fine material discharged from the overflow pipe. Widely used in mineral processing plant in the match and closed circuit ball mill ore sand diversion, or to the gravity concentrator in the mud and fine grade ores, and metal beneficiation process for particle size classification of the pulp and washing operations in the desliming dehydration and other operating.

Product feature:
1. An automatic elevating apparatus is added to the discharge opening. The scoop in ball mill is eliminated.
2. The energy conservation is 1-1.5KW/ton
3. Since the scoop is dismantled, the trouble of high maintenance of scoop is completely saved.
4. The imbalanced impact on big and small gearings is greatly diminished.
Product application:
Fine ore pulps are fed into water tank through feeding opening located in the center of settling zone. Beneath the inclined water tank is the ore pulp classification zone where ore pulps are stirred by low-speed impellers. Fine ore particles are lifted up and then spilled out the overflow opening; Coarse ore particles precipitate down to tank bottom and are discharged via discharge opening.

Overflow weir is above the bearing center which is under screw shaft, and is underneath overflow end
