Five Features & Working Principles
Scale Prevention
Due to the repulsive interaction, electronegative HCO3- is unable to adhere to the electronegative pipe. The magnetic water treatment under the strong magnetic effect, the structure of calcium carbonate crystal changed. The atypical crystal grain becomes watery sludge-like sediment, namely aragonite, rather than connect with each other and form polycrystal. The sediment may suspend in the water and settle in where the current is steady.

Scale Removal
Attracted by electronegative pipe, electropositive hydrogen ions solute the existed scales, activate polar water molecule, infiltrate the scale layer and remove the scale. Descaling time depends on the thickness of the scale layer and the system operating time. Usually, the system reaches to its most descaling efficiency after running for 24 hours.

Inhibition
The pipe and water are separately polarized into negative pole and positive pole. Electronegative pipe provide cathodic protection and prevent electrochemical corrosion. Due to the repulsive interaction between electronegative oxygen and electronegative pipe, oxonium ions cannot corrupt the pipe. Also, living body like virus and algae are killed and are unable to discharge mucus, thus there will be neither slime nor biological corrosion under the slime layer.

Corrosion Prevention
Magnetic water treatment, one of our water treatment equipmentfor electrochemical corrosion, the electronegative prevention provided by electronegative pipe effectively slows down the corrosion speed; For oxidation corrosion, due to the repulsive interaction between electronegative oxonium ion and electronegative pipe, the electronegative ions are unable to corrupt the pipe; Electropositive hydrogen ions, attracted by electronegative pipe, melt the existed scale and rust.

Sterilizing & Algae Removal
Hydroxide ions generated in ion reaction feature excellent oxide sterilizing effect. Free oxide radicals in water may harm biomolecules, peroxidize biofilms, and damage dismutase. At the same time, the magnetic field may passivate the intracellular water and inactivate enzyme of microbes and virus, and thus kill them. Also, the alkaline environment of water system count against the growth of virus and algae.
