Brief introduction
Ball mill is applied to crush all kinds of minerals and other materials, which is widely used in mineral separation, building and chemical industry. It has wet milling and dry milling. According to different ways of mineral discharge, it has lattice type and over flow type.
Working principle
The materials are fed into the first feeding room evenly and spirally by a hollow shaft. There are step liners or corrugated liners, with many regulated steel balls in them. The steel balls are brought up by centrifugal force caused by rotating cylinder, then fall heavily to crush and grind the materials. After coarse grinding in the first grinding room, they are sent to the second grinding room, which has smooth liners with steel balls on them, so the materials can be further grinded. Powder materials are discharged through the discharge valve, and the grinding work is finished.
