Product Description
Marine Oil Fired Steam Boiler
Boiler can be configured various automatic burner, at the same time, with the perfect automatic electric control design, mating of boiler, valve. Electronic control components can choose domestic or imported. Boiler is ready-package, which only needs to install the boiler on the basis, connect water and electricity, fuel pipes, then can be put into operation.
The boiler is composed by boiler body, combustion equipment, rear/front smoke box, frame, electric cabinet, housing and other major parts. Boiler body is horizontal internal-combustion three return stroke shell type structure. Front/rear flat tube sheet and barrel are connected by butt welding. Furnace pipe is the combination of corrugated, straight and cone furnace pipe. Slewing smoke chamber is oval. Smoke tube and tube sheet are connected by angle welding. The boiler adopts high performance ceramic fiber insulation and is packed by thin steel sheet or stainless steel sheet.
