Polyester/Epoxy Powder Coating Matting Agent
1: Description:
MH-110 is reactive matting agent based on carboxyl-function acrylic resin for hyrid powder coatings.
It reacts with epoxy as 1:2 ratio. The powder coatings formulated with MH-110 has the excellent properties:
1:Good matting performance: 60 ° gloss values rang from 3%-60%
2: Good flowing performance: Smooth Features
3:Good yellowing resistance: Suitable for white powder coating
4: Good impact resistance: no crack abserved at +/-50kg*cm

White or yellowish powder
Equivalent Weight (Carboxyl): Approx 400
Softening Point: 100-130 degree
Non Volatile more than 99%
3:Application:
The maxium dosage of MH-110 is around 5%. The application of MH-110 to the 50/50 or 60:40 resin
can decrease the gloss effectively.

Mos of polyester resins are suitable for the formulations
Appropriate formuation adjustment of epoxy amout may get better mechnical,flow and matting properties.
It's not recommeded to add catalyst such as imidazole to improve the impact property.
