INTRODUCTION:The PerMix PVC series Mayonnaise Production System is designed for batch production of high quality mayonnaise, ketchup and other dressings within 10 minutes!
The PVC series Mayonnaise Production System is featured by its very special designed emulsifying pump for viscous material (
mayonnaise and ketchup) mixing and for incorporation of other ingredients including powder (starch, etc). The emulsifying pump has as many as four inlets to feed different ingredients, and the main inlet is mounted directly to the discharge of the tank. A special rotor of the inline mixer enhances its pumping ability, which makes it be able to transport the viscous liquid without the help of additional lobe pump.
The PerMix PVC series Mayonnaise Production System caters to various work processes which normally require more machinery in one system. In the PerMix PVC series Mayonnaise Production System, base materials can be mixed in liquids, dispersed and homogenized while at the same time all air is removed. This produces stable emulsions with a long shelf life in storage.

Optional funnels and pre-mixing tank for ingredient pre-mixing and feedingADVANTAGES & OPTIONS:The basis of this plan is the PerMix mixing, dispersing and homogenizing head with multi-working chambers. It can be supplied with mixing vanes, dispersion components or homogenizing tools. For each operation, these components can be interchanged or combined so that the mixer operates to suit every product possibility.
The pump action allows the product to circulate from the feed hoppers through the working hopper continuously. All the parts that come in contact with the product are stainless steel.
The following extras are available:
1. Electrical elevation for the hopper cover
2. Working hopper with double wall to provide either heating or cooling
