The Main component of MBR Effluent Treatment Plant
Inlet Well: Overflow Port and inlet gate is installed. Once system loading is exceeded or accidents of treatment system happening, the inlet gate will close and then the effluent will flow directly to nearby river way or municipal pipe line.
Grilling: A great quantity of foreign matters will be included in effluent, in order to guarantee to normal working condition of MBR system, different kinds of matters such as fibers, residues, waste paper should be blocked outside of system, in this way, in front of system the grilling should be installed and should be cleared periodically.
Regulating reservoir: As time changes, the quantity and quality of collected effluent will change. In order to guarantee the normal working system and reduce the processing load, effluent quantity and effluent quality should be regulated. The sediments in regulating reservoir should be cleaned periodically. Effusion of regulating reservoir is designed to insure the normal working condition of MBR system under excessive load.
Hair collector. In reclaimed-water treatment system, a small quantity of hair and fiber in collected scouring bath wastewater will block pump and MBR reactor if they are not collected, and at the same time will reduce processing treatment efficiency and even will occur paralysis of the whole treatment system, so hair filter equipment should be installed in the system.
MBR reaction tank: Organic pollutant degradation and muddy water separation is happening in MBR reaction tank. As an core part of system, microorganism coenobium, membrane modules, effluent collecting system, outlet system and aerating system is included.
Disinfect device: Automatic disinfect device can be designed according to outlet demands in the system if necessary.
Metering installation: In order to ensure the system to work under good condition, metering device of system parameter should be installed. The metering installation includes flowmeter and water meter.
Electricity control equipment: Electricity control equipment is installed in equipment house. The main purpose is to control pump, drought fan, dump pump. It can be manual controlled or automatic controlled. Inlet pump controlled under PLC operates automatically according to water level of reaction tank. Dump pump operates under pre-settled time period intermittently. If water level of MBR tank is in low water level, dump pump will stop to protect membrane modules.
Clean water reservoir: It is designed under client's request.
