About MBR: Membrane Bio-Reactor
MBR is a new technology for the waste-water treatment.
MBR technology combines the traditional sludge treatment with the new membrane separation together. It will make the waste-water treatment more efficient, and the outlet water will be with high quality.
Application area:
Sewage and residential waste-water treatment, the waste-water can be treated as reclaimed water, high polluted (high COD) industrial waste-water treatment.
Advantages of MBR:
The MBR membrane is made by PP hollow fiber membrane, which is a strong fiber, with long working life, easy membrane washing, low operation cost, consistent effluent quality, etc. The MBR system can get high quality outlet water and less sludge produced.
The inlet waste-water can be COD: 1000-4000mg/L, BOB500-2000mg/L.
The outlet water can be: COD: <30mg/L, BOD<10mg/L, SS<3mg/L;
The MBR system can be tailored design according to the amount and quality of the waste-water.
The online back flushing or chemical washing can keep the flux rate of the MBR membrane for long time.
The MBR system can be equipped automatically by PLC control panel.
