The machine is completely made of stainless steel SUS304.
BJRJ-130 meat mincer can grind meat lump and food into various sizes. The special designed main shaft increases the discharging speed, and minimizes the temperature rise. Frozen meat lumps above -10 degree can be grinded only when 13mm-hole-plate or larger is used. Safety guards are installed on the discharging area and the top cover.
