Basic Working Principle & Design
@ There are 6 threads inside tube and quare meat chute. It can push the meat to be minced to the cutter quickly.
@ There's not only Aprotective Block Plate on the meat pan, but also screws fixed the meat pan attached to the main housing. This will prevent the hands from touching the sprial threads.
@ Interal structure is much compact by applying gear box. It makes the assembly and maintenance very convenient.
@ There are three levels gasket sealing from gear box to flange and tube. It make sure no oil will leak into the tube.
@ The tube is locked by two big loching screws with handles. It is very convenient for install and dismantle.
