Mixer:
ZJBJ Series Mixer is the equipment frequently used in the meat processing and production. The major advantage is to mix the granular raw material meat of different specifications with the chemical additive and the supplemental materials such as condiment in accordance with the technical requirement, to make sure they can be mixed fully and evenly and then to meet the processing needs of the various meat products.
This equipment adopts the parallel biaxial pattern, and there are slurry leaf blades fixed on the stirring axis. The slurry blades use the multi-functional and all-purpose structure, so it can shove the meat fillings which are pushed to the wall side, and then send to the middle of the tank.
